Born to Fly hub is located in Munruben, Logan, 4125, QLD.

Born to Fly offers a convenient pick-up location for our participants. Our pick-up location is Marsden Park shopping centre carpark. It is easily accessible by car and public transport, making it an ideal spot to meet our participants and travel to our hub or community activities. If this pick-up location doesn’t work for you, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

Our commitment to providing the best service possible is paramount. To ensure we are providing the highest level of service, we maintain a ratio of up to 1 staff member per 4 participants. This allows us to closely monitor the safety and quality of our programs. By maintaining such a ratio, we can provide more individualised attention and better ensure that all participants are receiving the best experience possible.

Being an unregistered provider means that we have to abide by some guidelines. This means we can only provide our services to those whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed.

A ‘self-managed plan’ is where an NDIS participant or their plan nominee engages in NDIS support and services themselves. A ‘plan managed plan’ is where an NDIS participant engages a registered NDIS provider to provide plan management services.

NDIS participants whose plan is self-managed or plan-managed must only use registered NDIS providers for the following supports or services:

• specialist disability accommodation

• supports or services during which there is or is likely to be a need to use a regulated restrictive practice

• specialist behaviour supports that involve undertaking behaviour support assessment of the participant or developing a behaviour support plan for the participant
