What we offer
At Born to Fly, our mission is to support individuals with a disability by creating a network of friendships, encouraging individuals to pursue their dreams and aspirations, and promoting independence while achieving their goals. We believe everyone has the right to live their life’s to the fullest without barriers.
Core values
Born to Fly is an unregistered provider that has been assisting adults with various disabilities, backgrounds and needs for over seven years. Our team is comprised of experienced and passionate individuals who are knowledgeable in a variety of skill sets. We have staff members who are excellent cooks, and gardeners, and knowledgeable in arts and crafts, animal care, and bowling. Moreover, our team has extensive knowledge and experience in handling a variety of disabilities.
All our staff are required to obtain the necessary qualifications and certifications such as Blue/Yellow cards, First Aid, and Medication Training. Through our comprehensive and personalized care, we seek to provide our clients with the best possible experience. With our commitment to quality service and care, we can give people the support and assistance they need to lead a full and fulfilling life.
